SE Racing's Lager glides along on a chromoly frame and fork for a buttery-smooth and super-efficient ride you'll love for jamming across town or enjoying the city with friends. For maximum fun and versatility, there's even a flip-flop rear hub so you can easily switch between coasting or fixie action. Plus, the bullhorn handlebars are as stylish as they are comfortable and the 700c deep-dish wheels with Vittoria tires get up to speed effortlessly. We all know a true fixie goes brakeless, and the Lager come with removable brake cable clips, but for those who enjoy their thrills served with a side of safety, the Lager rocks front and rear Tektro brakes.

I bought this bike as my first fixed gear and love it. I looked at building a cool vintage fixie vs. buying built from the box and there was no comparison that the Lager was the way to go. Granted the components could be upgraded, but they are definitely above par for the job. I don't think that I could have sniffed the quality of this bike for the same price if I built it myself. It has a good solid 4130 frame with a fairly relaxed geometry that is very street worthy. Although it comes as a single speed, I immediately converted the flip flop hub to fixed and ride pretty much exclusively that way. I just haven't gone so far as to remove the freewheel and rear brake yet. When I do begin my modding I'll probably start with the cranks, but I'm very happy with it as is and will be for quite some time until I fall upon some extra cash.
I saw this bike along side the Draft and after a quick test drive I was sold! I was at first concerned about the single speed but after driving this thing the thought was far from my brain. The first night I bought it I rode for four miles and I must say that I am very impressed. Easy to ride and very responsive. Nothing too fancy but does a great job at getting you from A to B very quickly! A very fast bike!
