RENTAL FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE

Trek Domane AL3 (or similar) road bikes with Aluminum Frame/ Carbon Fork & 20 speeds.

**PLEASE NOTE: BLOOMIN' METRIC RENTALS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE LOCATION DESIGNATED DURING ITEM SELECTION.

MAY 20TH (DAY-OF) PICKUP FROM Green's Farm Metro North AND Sherwood Island ONLY

YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IF THE SHIPPING LOCATION DOES NOT MATCH THE PREVIOUS SELECTED STORE PICK UP LOCATION.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  • On arrival at rental pickup location, all participants must read and sign the waiver noted below prior to rental.

  • The renter must be 18 years of age or older present a valid driver’s license or passport.   

  • Renters are responsible for the rental equipment including damage and theft.

  • Renters / Riders must agree to obey all New York City traffic laws and regulations while riding.  Please be careful and do not to use cellular telephones or cameras while riding.  

  • Due to the volume of bikes for this event all reservations for our bike rental packages are pre-paid. If you need to cancel, you may do so by April 10th and receive a 50% refund. After that time, we are unable to offer any refunds.

  • The purchasing credit card will be used for your rental deposit. The credit card will be charged for any rental not returned by the end of the event.

  • Due to the volume of bikes for this event all reservations for our bike rentals are pre-paid. If you need to cancel, you may do so by April 10th and receive a 50% refund. After that time, we are unable to offer any refunds.

  • Helmets are required on all Metro Bicycles' rentals and for the TD Bank Five Boro Bike Tour.
